Located in the Valais, the Pennine Alps region of Switzerland, the Pas de Lona is the highest mountain pass in Switzerland. At a height of 3,787 meters, it joins St. Martin and Grimentz and is the lowest pass between the Herens and Anniviers valleys.
The area is popular with skiing during winter and mountain bike and hiking activities during the summer.
Proposed route is considered easy and it is suitable for beginners.
